École des Beaux-Arts de Bordeaux

Founded in 1889, École supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Bordeaux (EBABX) is a leading art institution in southwest France. Housed in the historic Sainte-Croix quarter, the school has long been a hub for creativity and experimentation, nurturing generations of artists and designers. Today, EBABX offers nationally recognized degrees from the DNA (Licence level) to the DNSEP (Master level), combining rigorous theory with innovative practice across disciplines such as painting, sculpture, installation, and digital media. Closely connected to Bordeaux’s cultural institutions, from CAPC Musée d’Art Contemporain to Frac Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the school provides students with a dynamic environment rooted in history yet oriented toward the future of art.
